Georgian Church Needs Addressed
MIWC Associate finds pieces of the ministry puzzle coming together
After returning home this spring from his 17th trip to work with churches in the nation of Georgia, MIWC’s Vitaliy Bolgar said, “God is truly doing great works in Georgia and also helped us to have a fruitful ministry.”
Bolgar said while there is still much work to do, “bit-by-bit the pieces of the puzzle” are coming together.
Bolgar said they gain confirmation through blessings they receive that they are following God's path for MIWC’s ministry there.
Georgian churches showed a great need in the area of singing lessons so during this trip Vitaliy’s sister, Natasha Bolgar, came to work with the churches, drawing on experiences she has had working with MIWC in Latvia.
The education and training plans for the next academic year were completed during this trip and Bolgar and his team discussed the upcoming visit by an orchestra from Ukraine.
For some of the Ukrainian musicians involved this shows a huge step of faith because they do not have the financial support to travel, but are praying for God to provide.
Bolgar and his team also discussed the first stages of plans for a country-wide Baptist Church conference in Georgia.
Bolgar said, "Thank you for your continued prayers and support for the implementation of our ministry in this country.”
